For the couple who has begun to plan their wedding, but needs recommendations, professional assistance with vendors, budget management, and someone to coordinate every last detail (and there will be many). Regardless of where you are in the planning process, I’ll begin by evaluating your progress to-date, then develop a comprehensive plan for making your Wedding Day everything you imagine it to be! From there, I’ll work with you every step of the way, coordinating every detail, big and small. And you can focus on being happily engaged!

Average Investment: $3,499

  • Complimentary 1-hour initial consultation
  • 4 planning meetings (1 hour each)
  • Unlimited email/phone communication
  • Personalized planning binder to keep you organized
  • LOTS of customized checklists and tools to guide you through the planning process (my specialty!)
  • Remaining vendor recommendations, if needed
  • Provide questions for vendor meetings
  • Assist with vendor selections
  • Manage all vendor contracts (review existing contracts, track payments & due dates)
  • Theme and decor guidance
  • Collaborate with vendors to achieve theme
  • Reception site walk-thru
  • Act as liaison between you, venue, and vendors throughout the planning process
  • Attend vendor meetings as needed/available
  • Assist with booking and monitoring of hotel room blocks
  • Coordination of transportation for bridal party and guests
  • Coordination of rentals
  • Guidance on wedding etiquette
  • Provide guidance on guest seating
  • Introduce myself, offer assistance & confirm arrival time/other details with vendors
  • Coordinate Wedding Day arrival times with hair/makeup stylists, photographer, florist & other vendors
  • Prepare comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline
  • Share timeline with vendors ahead of time so everything runs smoothly on your Wedding Day
  • Create consolidated Wedding Day Timeline for bridal party and families
  • Attend final meeting with venue coordinator, as available
  • Attend rehearsal (up to 2 hours) to ensure everything runs smoothly during your ceremony
  • Coordinate with bridal party re: where/when they need to be for rehearsal, dinner & the Wedding Day.

Day-of Coordination and Management:

  • Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination by me and one assistant
  • Act as personal assistant to the bride and groom
  • Coordinate transportation for bride/groom, bridal party, and guests
  • Handle any unexpected situations that may arise
  • Have Wedding Day Emergency Kit on-hand
  • Ensure you (and your loved ones) are stress-free and like guests at your own wedding.


  • Coordinate last-minute needs with officiant
  • Set up programs, décor, candles, etc.
  • Coordinate arrivals of musicians
  • Assist with corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
  • Help greet guests
  • Organize groomsmen
  • Line up bridal party for procession
  • Cue the bride for her walk down the aisle.


  • Ensure venue is set up exactly as you envisioned
  • Arrange escort cards
  • Set up guest book, pen, toasting flutes, cake knife
  • Set up table #s, favors, menu cards, etc.
  • Make sure tables are set appropriately
  • Make sure flowers are set up according to your floral order
  • Greet vendors, assist if they need anything
  • Assist with photo coordination (organize bridal party, families, to keep things running smoothly)
  • Work with venue coordinator and vendors to execute the Wedding Day Timeline throughout the reception
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors.
